Ionize is highly wanted by many collectors and often gets large overpays. With only 171 copies, it's very rare and hard to find. Most owners aren’t looking to trade it, which makes it even harder to get.

I dont think i need some explanation of this. Arcade Portal is decently cool looking furniture that they can give u particles when u touched it, and i think 250k is spot-on for this furniture due to requirements of seasonal pass and cool looking

After falling for a while , JB8 has finally recovered its demand. Jb8 can easily pull 3.5m now and it is more sought after than iceborn and torero, and snake in some occasions. This car isn't medium demand, it has begun to be wanted and mid doesn't fit it. This car also has a chance to rise because of the occasional ops it gets. (If anyone has a Jb8 I'm gladly giving Snake btw).

Jb8 -> Torero + small add

Jb8 -> Iceborn + 1m

ionize rims are very very rare to find in island or discord even. Half of the ionize rims that are existing probably aren't even being traded, and when they are, owners nearly never take 2.5m for them. Because of its rarity, it's pretty common for collectors or people who are interested in the rim to overpay the 500k to get it for 3 mil

Revox + longhorn -> ionize rim

Not a single premium pass cosmetic deserves to be that low and Hazards spoiler is no exception. Try and get it with 100k from non-og and you'll just get laughed at. Besides, pretty often people only have 1 one of them and will just simply tell you it's nft.

• Hazards ----> OG Rocket Thrusters

At this point, void is almost impossible to get with a 35m offer as EVERY owner is asking for ops on this item and wont trade it for any less.

The rim itself (~150 monthly unique) is hard to find and often "nft" which I would consider as a "monopolized" item. Its rare with super good demand and the owner of the item will settle on the best of the offers - and thats always going to be an overpay of at least 36m, not even talking how void pulls 37-38m in some cases!

• Cel+Snake+small add [36.5m+small add for Void]

• Proto+10m add [36m for Void]

Self explainable. Japanese tire sticker is really rare and it's hard to find. This sticker easily gets 1.75m and more all the time, and having it at the same value as blues3 is absurd. It pulls stormrider easily and airtail occasionally aswell. It's even hard to pull with just Stormrider (I'd gladly give storm for Japanese if anyone has). The sticker is undervalued and it deserves a rise to atleast 1.75m

I don't think I need to explain myself here. Ionize rims are pretty well demanded and they are pretty hard to get for base value. Getting ionize rims with 2.5m is considered a win because of how easily this item pulls more. Most don't even trade theirs unless it's 3m minimum, and saying it can pull overpays from collectors is pretty dumb as it gets frequent overpays from most.
