"Medium" demand is simply very outdated as it's way better than beam and stuff, and it's better than drip as well. Therefore, its demand should be updated to reflect its current status.
Blue eyes is a very rare rim that functions as a collectors item. The value of 1.75m is pretty inaccurate and makes no sense. People generally consider blue eyes to be 2m, and collectors may overpay in trades with it. On its own, it could pull stuff like airtail or possibly even more. Overall, blue eyes value should be adjusted to 2m as well as its note to more accurately represent it.
