if you add up all the hyper lvl 4s, its 249.5, round it up to 250m. I dont think any other explanation is needed
Stormrider hasn't been doing so well in trading as of late. It's awkward value of 1.75 makes it a very difficult car to trade for even fairs as literally every vehicle below Stormrider is absolute doodoo. Not only that, Stormrider is often requested to be replaced as an add in trades simply because it's hard to trade away. Although the car is not typically seen in NLF lists, so that is why I suggest adding this note as a precaution if any trader were to seek out Stormrider.
Stop being biased against 4x4. Sure, its rise has ended and it has stabilized, but 11m is too low and an unfair value for it. Nobody is adding for crew capsule. I'd even argue its demand is a bit better compared to crew capsule, although this is debatable due to crew capsule's rarity and overpay potential.
