cmon.. this item is NOT 2.5m and is very very difficult even to get with 3.5m. theres hoarders giving 4m+ per and giving insane ops for it. more than half of its circulation is gone due to hoarders and people not trading it and keeping it until it rises more. if you disagree ill give you 2.5m for your poseidon rn bro

Continuation of the suggestion above, sci-fi kitchen already crashed a long long time ago, keeping this trend would mean it is common enough to be avoided and lowballed, which isn't true? when do you even see rare furniture like this anyway unless you're deliberately going out of your way to look for it, even then you would give base value for it (pov of a collector). With that said, sci-fi is still not doing great as with the nature of furniture, however isn't doing this bad. With that said, i suggest to change the trend.

Sci-fi kitchen is sure not doing great right now, but it isn't doing this bad to the point of keeping this current note. As with most furniture this item does not do great in general but it isn't doing this bad, collectors that need it will still look for it and give base value. Sci-fi crashed a #### while ago and this note was added during that crash (caused by a hoarder that dumped all of his sci-fis). With that said i suggest to remove this note, as we already have avoided as the trend, as for removing the lowballed part, you don't see sci fi kitchen that often for it to be lowballed. Sci-fi like most rare furniture only has demand from collectors therefore it will get base only from them, keeping the lowballed part does not make sense as the regular joe trader wouldn't even want to trade for it anyway. With that said i suggest to remove this note entirely

Pink 5 2025 owners are some of the greediest level 5 owners out there and they all want insane overpays for it, I don't see why it has a value of 59m when 60m is not even bare minimum. You can't tell me you'd rather have a duped diamond 5 (for reference, that is 60m) to trade with instead of a 2025 pink 5 when a 2025 pink 5 is more sought after, harder to find and better in pull value. Besides, any variant of pink 5 pulls better overpays than other hypers and this just seems like a low evaluation for it.

I dont think cobra is low demand anymore and its basically a jackrabbit when it comes to trading, its not avoided anymore or anything like that and it has been recovering and recently more and more people started trading for it, while it isnt as good as a wedge or bloxy it is like a jackrabbit now a medium demand 2.5M car

Retrowave is doing great in trading as of right now, With over 100 retrowaves being completely wiped from the game its getting much rarer and harder to find. Retrowave is frequently getting offers of atleast 2-2.5m and sometimes even up to orion for just this rim, For these reasons, Retrowave rim needs this new note

Dude what the #### are we talking about some low demand? This doesn’t belong here at all. This doesn’t have the same demand as snowflake, dia 2 or brickset rim. This is so looked for rn especially after the megastackers had hundreds of their retrowaves wiped leaving only a few of them in circulation. This is at least medium demand. I’ve kept one in my inventory for my collection and people keep coming up to me and giving offers, doesn’t really fit the description of a “low demand” item.

Bro these rims legit got gobbled up in an instant, over 100+ retrowaves got wiped from a mass transfer by the hoarders and they are now even rarer than it was before, most people with retrowaves either charge crazy rates or keep them nft, making them even harder to get, not to mention these rims are also aesthetically pleasing as well, which would just cause an even bigger hype train

Another misleading note using the word "can", Sap. Bed is a fan favorite and very sought after collectors item as of right now. With hundreds of these hoarded in total, These become extremely difficult to find in the wild. Since Sap. Bed consistently pulls MINIMUM 3M from both collectors and hoarders, This note change is needed for clarification.

Picnic table currently has been getting harder to find for a while now. With a current monthly unique of only 85, This items monthly uniques are very simillar to something such as the Hot Chocolate tub, With picnic table constantly being able to pull 2M or more in both the upgrading and downgrading aspects of trading among collectors and hoarders, This note needs to be given.

Saying this only "can" get overpays is just straight up misleading for a hoarded item like Cryo Chamber. Hoarded items such as the Cryo Chamber and other hoarded furniture consistently pull minimum 500K overpay in both the upgrading and aspects of trading. This item is very popular among collectors and hoarders and they have no problem paying that extra price to obtain one or more of these type of items. For these reasons, Cryo Chamber needs this note.
