Not very many people outside of collectors are looking for this rim and ever since it had consistently pulling 10-11m offers, it hasn't really risen any further than that and as a result, there is less of a reason for average traders to continue to invest in it when it has largely stabilised. While Snow Face is still very rare and still continues to get 10-11m pretty consistently, most people who were hoarding it, while not dumping them, aren't really continuing to hoard it anymore and the majority of the collectors who wanted it already got it.
ok lets be honest if u are able to get rtx (rims) for 17.5 either the other side party is really dumb and dosent know values or you are just lucky rtx it a really really rare rims and if found its almost impossible to get it without overpaying + nowadays people that arent lowballers give 18M or more M offers for rtx rims

Banana car+add (500k or 1m)
rtx+1M for drip/icebreaker/beam
rtx for duped icebreaker+3m (orion/brulee/tiny toy etc)
Duped thrusters rose to 32m without clean thrusters rising to 35 for sum reason so ima fix this clean thrusters are also pretty hard to come by since there are many duped thrusters therefore clean thrusters should also rise 1m for balance due to the fact clean thrusters gets better overpays then duped. Plus both thrusters have been doing pretty good recently so i think there needs to be a change to clean.

Clean thrusters for 36-36.5 downgrade offer
Clean thrusters plus small add for C beig (for ex C thruster plus sakura rim plus volt for C beig.)
C thruster for Duped thruster plus add
C thruster for 6-7x faizan

This hyper is being avoided left right and centre, ask most traders and they will all say it is #### to trade off. even though its demand is said to be "avoided", it simply just isnt enough. This hyper struggles to pull base and it more than definitely cant pull duped thrusters.

Red 4+ aper --> checkers
Red 4+ shogun--> c beig
It's no secret that the Thrusters spoiler is doing insanely well right now. People are easily overpaying 1-2m for them, with people almost entirely avoiding base value. Traders are also constantly trying to find thrusters, both clean and duped, and therefore this easily warrants a demand upgrade to High.
