since a lot of people already know this, im going to keep it short. basically shell classic is being mass stacked and hoarded by a group of people to restrict the circulation. there people are overpaying and stacking HUNDREDS of shells. There are a few tes with 400, 200 and 150 shells each of them overpaying for shells and hoarding them. shell was already a rare car before the hoarding. The hundreds of shells being taken out of circulation is making it rare, to the point of the shell that were hoarded is actually MORE than the monthly unique. the monthly unique is 850 however a few of these have been hoarded to the ones that are actualy circulation is around 650-600 (if we take out the ones that were stacked in the last month)

Unknown signal is currently the rarest of the 250k rims. Theres no real good reason for it to be down with rims like brigbone or piggy. Unknown looks like a sibling to Diamond engrave with its Crown Jewel emblem too. Ive gotten 5-600k offers from collectors.

Eclaire -> unknown signal+tiny add for balance

Why doesn't raptor have this note? Raptor has less then 550 in unique circulation while other cars such as the Bandit, Rattler, Bloxy, And more have MINIMUM 700+ in unique circulation, There is no reason to advocate AGAINST Raptor receiving this note.

Why does bandit have this note? Bandit owners and stackers have dumped their bandits WAYY long ago, While bandit is still rare to find, Its just not factually correct for bandit to also have the "occasionally receives overpay" note, As in trading it receives fair offers.

Diamond 3 should not be kept at 20M. This value is clearly outdated, Diamond 3 is not able to pull even near 20M in many circumstances. It is often Lowballed, Replaced, Or just entirely avoided in trading.
