(resubmit I forgot common trades) Why and how is this still only 41m, nobody gives their Void's off for 41m, it consistently gets 2-3m overpays. Even when I go in island, I only get 42m+ offers never really a 41m offer. The only way to get this for 41m currently is from someone who's either really #### or.. nothing that's the only probability. Or an OG scam.

No one wants red 4, it has been absolute trash for a long time and I’m surprised it has taken this long for people to realize it. Absolutely nobody is willing to give fair for it and it is constantly avoided and lowballed.
The Cucaracha is basically impossible to get for base on the island due to its low copies ( 600) , also it’s one of the best horn imo. Most of the owners want overpay for this horn as they know it’s rarity and not willing to trade it away for base, I think this notes would be perfect for this horn now.

Lately, Celsior has been in good demand, while the beignet has dropped in value, Celsior owners no longer accept 32.5, they always want 33+ so now I think it's a good time for Celsior to start rising.

Not many people are looking for Brickset right now. Yea, some collectors are still wants to get it but not regular traders. Usually it gets base and rarely small overpays from collectors. Brickset had a decent demand when it started recovering, but now it's stable and won't rise any time soon.
We all know about the air tail hype right now, air tail has the highest demand out of all items at the moment, it easily gets overpays because of the buff that is basically almost confirmed, air tail is the closest to being high demand, and if you dont overpay for air tail you are not getting it, the owners demand overpays no matter what. It is still gaining demand, but add a note saying it frequently gets overpays
Let's be real here, p1 is by no means decent demand anymore, if im being honest its a close to airtail in terms of demand, because of the rumoured buffs of both vehicles. Everyone is trying to get their hands on this thing before it becomes too expensive. It being at decent demand is like saying it has the same demand as a carbonara or an aperture for example, which isn't the case anymore. P1 was stable for a good while and was considered decent demand but with the recent news about the buffs it has gained alot of demand. With all of that said, i'm suggesting the demand change.
Gangalang, the power 1 isn't "stabilising", its literally rising as we speak. The power-1 has been hyped for the past week or so because of the rumoured buff and it, along with airtail are receiving soon. The p1 is in no way stabilising and it is the exact opposite, it is rising and it doesn't only occasionally pull overpays, it often does so, people want to get their hands on it, as we have seen recently. With all of this said, i'm suggesting the note change, as the current one implies that p1 only occasionally gets overpays and mostly gets fair, which isn't true. The current note also suggests that p1 is still stabilising from its drop which it already did a long time ago. Without much talk, i suggest the note change.
bro people are giving 14m MINIMUM for a m12 rn, the fact it rose without being told to people that it will get a buff, surely it will rise now, literally everyone and their mothers are looking and overpaying for m12s like crazy, the buff on some cars like p1, air, and m12 have all caused them to skyrocket in demand, p1 and air have already received alot of changes in demand, and now its m12s turn, im suprised it wasnt done before because no one tryna give their m12s for less than 14m

Stable is a very outdated trend for beignet, and it's quite obvious. Beignet's direction is clear, however at this point I feel as though dropping isn't quite right, as beignet is still able to pull base and hasn't quite descended, however unstable fits Beignet's situation perfectly, as it's the state between a rise and drop, and sumsup the instability that comes with an item's peak
P1 is EASILY pulling 19-20m. The hype around the buff is at full power, and 18m is no longer accurate in the slightest. Tbh, I think 19m is more accurate, but 18.5 is a good stepping stone until we can see what p1 gets post tomorrow's buff.
